These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk98 ("pk98", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk98 online gaming platform accessible at https://pk98.cam and all associated services, features and content.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk98 platform. Your continued use following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pk98 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of real money from a Player to their Account via a payment method supported in the pk98 cashier.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification procedures required under anti-money-laundering compliance frameworks.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and in which pk98 does not accept registrations.
• "Real-Money Funds" means actual currency deposited by the Player and held in their Account, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, content and ancillary services provided through the pk98 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of Real-Money Funds from a Player's Account to an external payment method registered to that Player.

Registration on pk98 is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the period of use:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Accessing pk98 below the minimum age is strictly prohibited. pk98 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a human individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from pk98 or subject to any active exclusion or restriction imposed by the operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of pk98 or any of its affiliated entities, unless explicitly authorised in writing.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the pk98 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your legal name, date of birth, email address and, where requested, a valid national identity document (such as a CNIC for Pakistani users). Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

pk98 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months) and, where applicable, source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or closure.

Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer or pledge your account or any funds therein to any third party.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

pk98 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from pk98 and requesting your password or other sensitive credentials, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk98 support immediately at [email protected]. pk98 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or delayed reporting the breach.

pk98 may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including two-factor authentication. Where such measures are offered, Players are strongly encouraged to enable them.

Deposits may only be made using payment methods listed in the pk98 cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice. pk98 accepts no responsibility for deposits made using payment methods not listed in the cashier.

All funds deposited must belong to the Player and must be sourced from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits found to originate from third-party sources will be refunded (where possible), and the Player's Account may be closed.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and account status. pk98 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account in real time or within a short processing window, subject to the payment provider's own processing times. pk98 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's payment provider.

Chargebacks initiated against pk98 by a Player are treated as a breach of these Terms. Any costs, fees or losses incurred by pk98 as a result of a chargeback initiated without valid grounds will be recovered from the Player. Accounts subject to unresolved chargebacks will be suspended pending resolution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed:

• The Player's Account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Real-Money Balance.
• All applicable Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied.
• The Player's Account must be in good standing — no active suspensions, pending investigations or unresolved disputes.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name, matching their Account registration details.

pk98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds. Such documentation may include proof of identity, proof of address and source of funds evidence.

Indicative processing times are displayed in the cashier and vary by payment method. pk98 does not guarantee specific processing timelines. pk98 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's payment provider once funds have been released from the platform.

In circumstances where pk98 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms, pk98 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation. Where such an investigation results in a finding of breach, pk98 may forfeit the relevant balance in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks.

pk98 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, refer-a-friend incentives and other promotional offers. All such offers are subject to specific promotion terms published alongside each offer, which take precedence over any general provisions set out in this section in the event of conflict.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pk98 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully completed.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within any stated time limit. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the time limit if the Wagering Requirement has not been met.
• Only certain game categories and/or specific game titles may contribute to Wagering Requirements. Check individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• pk98 reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw any promotion or offer at any time without prior notice where fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• One bonus per household, IP address and device unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• Illustrative PKR amounts stated in promotional materials (such as PKR 1,000 referral credits or PKR 5,000 birthday bonuses) represent examples subject to individual offer terms and are not guaranteed offers unless currently active in the promotions section of the platform.

All bets placed and games played on pk98 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before placing any wager.

In respect of sports betting, including but not limited to cricket markets (covering PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other cricket events), football, UFC and other live sports, the following general conditions apply:

• All bets are accepted at pk98's absolute discretion. pk98 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet without explanation.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, pk98's decision on the appropriate resolution shall be final.
• Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change. A bet is confirmed only once a bet confirmation reference has been issued to the Player.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be void.
• pk98 references cricket events (including PSL, ICC and Pakistan national team fixtures) as sports betting markets only. pk98 has no official partnership, affiliation or endorsement arrangement with the PCB, PSL franchises, ICC or any national cricket board.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by third-party game studios. RTP values and game rules are published by the respective developers. pk98 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk98 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one Account on the pk98 platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament or betting market.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials or engaging in any form of deceptive conduct.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent risk or drain bonus funds without genuine engagement, including arbitrage betting or void-risk techniques.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any software designed to automate betting or gaming decisions without human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to pk98.
• Money Laundering: Using pk98 for the purpose of laundering funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error or odds discrepancy. Winnings derived from known errors may be voided.

All content on the pk98 platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game content and data compilations — is the property of pk98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk98 platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without prior written authorisation from pk98.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk98, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pk98 platform or Services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from gambling outcomes, technical failures, unauthorised account access, payment processing delays or errors in published odds.

pk98 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by pk98's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

pk98 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — restrict the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods — take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period without full account closure.
• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself from the pk98 platform for an extended or indefinite period. Self-exclusion is a firm and enforced restriction. Contact support to activate.

pk98 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We implement age-verification procedures at registration and reserve the right to conduct enhanced checks at any time. Any Account found to be held by a minor will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the depositing payment source.

pk98 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, pk98 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example by displaying a notice on the platform or sending an email to the address registered to your Account. Where changes are minor or administrative, they may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the pk98 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.

The most recent version of these Terms is always available at https://pk98.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk98 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as determined by the operator from time to time.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk98, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. pk98 will endeavour to resolve any complaint promptly and fairly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support channel, you may request that the matter be escalated to the operator's formal complaints process.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
